DELIVERY

We deliver to all Europe and USA  COURIER Delivery is carried out by UPS, a fast and reliable courier.  COST OF DELIVERY At the time of ordering you are able to see in your basket how much the cost of the delivery will be. All of our products originate directly from the workshops of our craftsmen. If you purchase products from different artisans the total cost will be that of each delivery made (eg: if two products from two different designers are purchased the cost of delivery would be, 10+10= 20€). If you buy multiple products from one artisan you would only need to pay for a single shipment (eg: if you buy 3 products from one designer the cost of delivery would be 10€).  TIME OF DELIVERY Our products purchased by express courier are delivered promptly. You can find our scheduled time of delivery on the website www.efesti.com on the page describing the product. Remember, that delivery times are an approximation and although parcels are usually received within the predicted time frame we are unable to guarantee commitment of compliance.      

DELIVERY OPTIONS

The courier normally delivers from 9:00 until 18:00, Monday to Friday at street level, unfortunately we are unable to give notice as to the specific time of arrival. Someone is required to be at home when the package is delivered. If during this time you are unlikely to be home you can chose to have the package sent to a different address, maybe work or a neighbour’s house would be more convenient- pick a place where you are sure there will be someone around to receive it. In the case of non-delivery to the address indicated in the order due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery attempt. The notice will bear information which the customer can use to contact the courier and chose to either confirm a date for the second delivery attempt, arrange to collect the package from a UPS pickup point. If the person receiving notification has failed to recontact UPS to confirm a method of pickup or delivery within three days, the parcel will remain in their storage for 30 days. For this period the customer will be required to the pay the courier a daily reimbursement rate. If no action is taken during the period of storage the product will be returned to the sender and the arrangement will be terminated. Efesti will reimburse the sum paid by the client, net of the costs of delivery for product, the costs of storage and any other expenses incurred.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as the delivery is activated you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number which can be used to check the online status of your parcel. To track your parcel go to www.ups.it  DELIVERY ADDRESS If the delivery address given is different from that specified when confirming the order (which may be different from that of the credit card). Please verify that it is correct in its entirety to avoid disappointment. Remember for communication purposes it is essential for you to inform us of your telephone number so we are able to contact you in case of delivery problems. If you think you might not be home at the time of delivery, you can enter the address of the place where you work instead of your home or that of a willing neighbor who is sure to be home.
